July 4-10 - Aquatic School
Tough, demanding, and fun in the Sun. Strong emphasis on teaching and
presentation skills, teamwork, time management, and how to safely organize troop
swims and canoe trips, along with BSA Lifeguard, aquatics first aid and
emergency procedures. A tradition in the Longhorn Council since 1954 -
outstanding performers can earn the coveted Anchor award. For Boy Scouts 13-17
years old.
July 4-10 - Wakeboard Camp
Join our expert wakeboard staff for a week of intermediate to advanced
wakeboarding instruction and fun. Plan to ride hard - many more hours than you
would at any ski school. Skiing or wakeboarding experience and athletic ability
strongly recommended. Limited enrollment. Participants must be 14 or older.
Details available online and in the 2003 Camp Leaders’ Guide.
